The Ranks:

15-18 to be a Trainee
18-20 to be a Rookie
20-22 to be a Hunter
22-26 to be a First Rank Hunter
26-30 to be a Squadron Leader

For Special Characters:

~500 Posts.
~A member for at least 3 weeks.
~A respected member of the community.

If you want a special character, PM an Admin or Mod for permission.
